i keep getting this error that say to clean the disc this is nhl 09 then i bought nhl 10 and it did the same thing i went to the store to chenge it 3 times and the game wont work for nhl 10 but with my nhl 09 i keep trying it and and in a couple of mints playing around with it starts working let me no what is worng with this problem ….thank

hello,
i own an xbox 360 arcade with internal memory.
i recently bot a used copy of Fable 2 and the game ended up freezing and i believe it is due to some scratches found on the disc. If i exchange it for another disc, will i have to restart the entire game again, or will the saved file just continue with the new game disc of the same game?

Well I got gow2 for christmas and it was faulty… I got a new one but My mom threw away the recite because she thought it wouldnt happen a second time in a row but it did….. the xbox360 plays all my other games fine except for that one

i am getting the clear ring around my brand new games. Just bought the Xbox 360 this week and it has put a ring around 2 new games. now they won’t play.

This same thing is happening to me. I called XBOX and I have to get my damn disc reader replaced! Never buying from Microsoft again. Bill Gates your so rich so why not a durable system not some cheap ass piece of shit the breaks all the damn time.

My boyfriend was playing NBA 2K8 the other night like he does most nights. All of a sudden the console made a loud mechanical noise, and then a couple seconds later, it said it was unable to read the disk and the tray opened. He cleaned the disk and tried to put it back in but the tray kept opening. He finally got the tray to close with the game inside, but it still wouldn’t readthe disk. Does anyone who what would cause this and how we cn get it fixed???
