when i last played my xbox 360 it froze and when i turned it on a screen saying that i need to contact microsoft or something to fix my xbox and it has the 3 red lights. i dont have warranty on it so i need to fix it myself

my Xbox 360 will not read any Xbox 360 games. i have no red rings. Also when i put my disc in it says reading for like 5 sec than it stops and says open tray again. Also when i open the tray the power button flashes and closes by itself in a few seconds. So if u can help me please post a reply on this comment. I have a xbox360 and the dvd drive drawer will
not open, i`ve tried everything and still won`t open, i put my ear to the drive and the drive sounds completely dead, please could you tell me what`s the possible cause for this. Thankyou.

I get an error code of e 75 and the bottom left light blinks red
